Hugo provided us with an estimate for a complete home re-pipe as well as for a sewer line repair. He was professional, knowledgeable and addressed questions and concerns without hesitation. He clearly explained how the re-pipe would be done and what to expect as far as the following inspection and drywall repairs. The estimate came in considerably lower than other companies. The re-pipe team, Robbie, Eoghan, Jimmy and Danny, were extremely professional, courteous, organized and worked very well together to complete the job in a timely and efficient manner. They did a walk-through prior to starting the work and explained what was going to be done from start to finish. They were more than happy to answer all of our questions as well as address any of our concerns. It definitely shows that the entire team takes pride in their work. The placement of the new pipes, valves and outside hose bibs looks 100% better than the original piping did. Robbie also handled the sewer line repair. This issue was originally diagnosed by another company, so he was essentially going in blind other than what we could explain. The repair required digging to locate the line, cutting up a portion of the driveway, replacing approximately 6 feet of sewer pipe and patching the driveway with concrete. He went the extra mile to blend in the patch with the existing driveway and it looks great. We will definitely use Emerald Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs!

Dispute the multiple issues we encountered, Richie never gave up and attempted every solution he could. If it didn’t work, he would come back with more solutions. I have never felt more cared for by a service provider. I knew that when he left my house, he was still brainstorming ways to solve the remaining issues. From my experience, it is evident that Emerald works as a team. Alex and Hugo, too were extremely helpful and took the time to answer every question I had. I am a customer for life.

I just recently purchased a property with Polybutylene plumbing throughout the house which was an issue with my insurance provider. Emerald was able to quickly get me a quote and scheduled a service call that was 3 weeks out. They came out for the day and replaced all pipes with Zurn Pex and had a drywall repair company come out the next week to repair the holes made in the wall.

Emerald’s came out to do a complete repipe of our house today. Crew chief Dean and his guys, Jack, Adam, Gimlee and Mateo were an amazing team! They were thorough, explaining everything and we’re patient with me when I had questions. They cut a minimal amount of sheet rock and left the pieces in tack so they could tape it in place until their dry wall guys come tomorrow. They were professional and efficient, and quite fun to be around as well! I would highly recommend Emerald Plumbing!

I used this company to re-pipe my house. Another company did the job which failed inspection by the building dept. They literally left my house in a disaster. I hired this company and they did a fantastic job within a few hours. Ryan, Chris, and Nate were on time, professional and cleaned up after the job was done.. Amazingly professional. Have used them many times. They are large enough to have depth to their roster so that they are able to come out to any emergency very fast but also all are very personable and their work is exemplary. Alex, Jacob and Joel and Chris have been great. Definitely recommend them.

Very organized and communicative staff. This was the fastest plumbing install I’ve had too. When I got the bill at the end I was so shocked. Their pricing is much more reasonable and affordable than others. I could not believe how much I saved versus getting scammed by other companies I used to use. The previous company I used charged me 4x what they charged me for the exact same thing. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling them. I wish I had known about them earlier. Thank you for caring about customers!

These guys did a great job re-piping our house. They were fast and professional and obviously knew just what they were doing. Theirs was also the lowest of three local bids. They were courteous and some of them had great Irish accents! They did a good cleanup job. After the county inspector came and went the drywall crew came in and fixed up the walls amazingly well. This was the absolute best experience that I could have imagined. We shopped around for getting our pipes redone and Emerald was far and away the most reasonable and most highly recommended. So we hired them to re-pipe our poly butylene pipes in our home. I can honestly say this was the most professional team of guys. They arrived on time, toured my home, explained the process, did the work and cleaned up after. They were personable, professional and though no one likes to re-pipe their home, this is the company that you want to do it. We had 30 year old garden tub hardware that other plumbers wouldn’t touch. And even though I know it was hard, Joe took it all in stride and made it look easy; we couldn’t be happier with the results. Even my dog, who doesn’t like any strangers coming even near the house, seemed sad to see them go. Roger, Joe, James, and Jack do outstanding work and I highly recommend them. As I was talking to my neighbor later that day, I told him about the experience. He had previously considered Emerald and was really pleased with our experience. I think he’ll be a future customer. Two strong guys came out to install a new water heater at my house, which was not an easy task. My water heater closet is upstairs in my loft. To make it even more difficult, there is only a spiral staircase leading to the loft. Instead of using the spiral staircase, they managed to lift the new water heater (100 lbs) over my upstairs half wall by tying a strap to it and hoisting it straight up hand over hand. They got the old heater down by reversing the process, all without damaging anything in my house. It was pretty incredible! Everything else about the install went smoothly. It was not cheap, but worth it considering how challenging and even dangerous the install was. In the end I was very satisfied!

We had to have all of the plumbing of our new home re-piped upon moving in, and per word of mouth recommendations, called Emerald. The team that came on July 1st were awesome from the get-go. They were professional, warm, and dedicated to making our home safer. They were incredibly careful of our pets and respectful of our home (even though it’s a mess right now because of the move).
