This was the absolute best experience that I could have imagined. We shopped around for getting our pipes redone and Emerald was far and away the most reasonable and most highly recommended. So we hired them to re-pipe our poly butylene pipes in our home. I can honestly say this was the most professional team of guys. They arrived on time, toured my home, explained the process, did the work and cleaned up after. They were personable, professional and though no one likes to re-pipe their home, this is the company that you want to do it. We had 30 year old garden tub hardware that other plumbers wouldn't touch. And even though I know it was hard, Joe took it all in stride and made it look easy; we couldn't be happier with the results. Even my dog, who doesn't like any strangers coming even near the house, seemed sad to see them go. Roger, Joe, James, and Jack do outstanding work and I highly recommend them. As I was talking to my neighbor later that day, I told him about the experience. He had previously considered Emerald and was really pleased with our experience. I think he'll be a future customer.
