I did a google search for a local plumber because I had a fairly simple non-emergency job that I figured any plumber could handle. The first two plumbing companies i tried could not come out for almost a week. I am so glad that i called United States Heating and AC company. They advertised that they handled plumbing jobs and the service professional came to my house within a few hours. I needed a new water pipe valve installed for a toilet, a seal for the flapper and replacement parts for the tank. I was extremely impressed with Andrew F., my plumbing professional. He did exceptional work and had excellent communication skills in explaining the issue and solution. He was young but very knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and personable. The cost for the service job was competitive with the other companies I called. However I discovered just how honest and reliable US Heating and AC company is after Andrew received approval from his supervisor to go ahead and install the toilet tank hardware that I bought at home depot for no additional charge. I now have a plumbing company that I can trust for any future needs but now I also know who to call if I have any heating or AC repair needs as well. I would highly recommend U.S. heating and air for your plumbing needs. Ask for Andrew if he’s available, he’s awesome.

I just recently purchased a property with Polybutylene plumbing throughout the house which was an issue with my insurance provider. Emerald was able to quickly get me a quote and scheduled a service call that was 3 weeks out. They came out for the day and replaced all pipes with Zurn Pex and had a drywall repair company come out the next week to repair the holes made in the wall.
