I reached out to several businesses when my HVAC started having issues that made me decide it was better to replace than repair. After interviewing several companies and technicians, I ultimately went with this one. The customer service during the interaction with the project manager was superb. He was the only one that did a full inspection. No other company or technician went into my attic, took any measurements to determine if my current unit was too small or too big, or even really checked the unit. Most did a casual glance and then gave me a quote. I also chose them based on the amount of product I was getting for the price. I purchased a high-end variable unit with a smart thermostat, and got it for the price that everyone else was quoting me for just a standard unit with a standard thermostat. In full transparency, the manufacturer had a good rebate which was instantly applied, which is how I was able to get it for the same price others were quoting for a standard replacement. On the day of installation the techs arrived on time and the installation was completely uneventful, which is how it should be. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure the area looked the same as it did or better than when they came.

Out from Service One on time and called to let me know he was on his way. He was very quick and efficient. Walked me through any questions afterward. Also, the water tank I had bought from Home Depot to be installed was dented and Paul was able to handle getting one for me instead. Good reliable service on installation of water tank

Amazing! Had a panic attack when the AC unit was blowing warm air and we called on a Saturday afternoon at 3:30. Had a tech out to us by 5 pm, reasonable fix, great price. 10/10 will call again when we need help with our AC.

We’ve been using Service One for over six years now. Today Justin came out to perform a precision maintenance. He was quick and thorough and kept us up-to-date on everything. When he was done, he showed us a picture of a part that was degraded. Because we’re just beginning the summer season, he had the part in his truck and it was still under warranty, we decided to replace it now versus waiting for it to fail. They called the day before, asked to come by to see what he was going to be working with. was here about 15 minutes explaining everything. They were here the very next day same man Tom. He was amazing explained everything he had done and before he left I already had warm water. 30 minutes later it was hot and it got hot faster than before, and the water pressure even got better. I wouldn’t ever use anyone else.!!

Sink was clogged. Remembered that ServiceOne also does plumbing. Called and made appointment. Rep came out within hours, and was actually able to come sooner. We chose service one after we got a couple quotes but I really appreciated, Nick Barker their project manager, who seemed very straight forward with me from the beginning. Their quotes for both high end and lower end systems were very reasonable. He explained everything very well and throughly. We ended up going with the cheaper option as we don’t think we will be in this house for more than 7 years. The technicians were able to come out within 4 days of us signing the contract which is wonderful as we are getting into those hot summer days. They were also able to come out on a day when both my wife and I had to work they were super respectable and very trustworthy as they locked up after they were done. Over all the entire process was smooth and well done and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing any ac solutions. Thank you everyone at service one!

Had our hot water heater replaced. Called today for just a quote. Customer service was fantastic, I forget the woman’s name that helped set up the appointment but she was super kind and helpful. Was given a 5pm-7pm window and got a call from the plumber saying he could be at my house by 4! Paul was our technician, he was very professional and easy to work with. He gave us a fair quote and was able to install same day, which was awesome! Before I knew it we had our new water heater installed in just over an hour!! Definitely recommend them! We will be a returning customer for sure!!

Edwin was great. He was thorough in his inspection and maintenance and paid attention to the details. When I asked a couple of questions on doing some of the simple maintenance that owners can do on their own, he took the time to explain them and a little on how the system operates. Once again Service One did an outstanding job for us! I called on Monday to get some help with replacing two toilets. Within hours I had a quote and Tom and Mark installed the toilets on Wednesday! Justin, our service provider, was on time, friendly, informative, and didn’t try to over sell us on anything! He went above and beyond by cleaning the exterior of our unit, and provided affordable options for some additional equipment we wanted to add. We have a prepaid maintenance package with ServiceOne, and I didn’t even have to call them to schedule the service, they called me! Super awesome service provider, Justin, and great company!

Paul with ServiceOne was professional, kind and knowledgeable. Company had Paul at my residence for what we thought was an emergency in a very timely manner. He took the time to explain his diagnosis. I will personally request him for any future service calls.

Tom was wonder! Polite, very professional and right on time. Explained everything very well. Cleaned up nicely and gave a detail account of the bill. He even help to round up a couple of my pugs after they escaped! 😀

Thermostat installed incorrectly by electrician. Was heating instead of air conditioning. Was emergency. 90 year old mother lives there. Was 82 degrees in house. Technician, Justin, was wonderful. Fixed both thermostat and outside unit that had frosted up. We have never had a problem since! What an amazing young man! Also, signed a service contract because if him!
