They called the day before, asked to come by to see what he was going to be working with. was here about 15 minutes explaining everything. They were here the very next day same man Tom. He was amazing explained everything he had done and before he left I already had warm water. 30 minutes later it was hot and it got hot faster than before, and the water pressure even got better. I wouldn't ever use anyone else.!!
