I reached out to several businesses when my HVAC started having issues that made me decide it was better to replace than repair. After interviewing several companies and technicians, I ultimately went with this one. The customer service during the interaction with the project manager was superb. He was the only one that did a full inspection. No other company or technician went into my attic, took any measurements to determine if my current unit was too small or too big, or even really checked the unit. Most did a casual glance and then gave me a quote. I also chose them based on the amount of product I was getting for the price. I purchased a high-end variable unit with a smart thermostat, and got it for the price that everyone else was quoting me for just a standard unit with a standard thermostat. In full transparency, the manufacturer had a good rebate which was instantly applied, which is how I was able to get it for the same price others were quoting for a standard replacement. On the day of installation the techs arrived on time and the installation was completely uneventful, which is how it should be. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure the area looked the same as it did or better than when they came.
