Had a service call for an air leak. This particular piping was on its last leg and was held together by tons of silicone. The technician (Rodger) came out and did a good job of patching it up, however, he recommended replacing the piping. The repair job held for a few days and eventually the air leak came back. I called Rodger and he patiently went over everything that was needed for the repair. I repaired the piping but unfortunately still had a leak. Rodger again very patiently trouble shot the work done and i was able to get the pool running 100%! Rodger new this was a quick fix and instead of coming over and charging me multiple service calls, he talked me through the problem. I have not received that type of customer service and help from any other company and their professional and honesty are greatly appreciated!!

We got a dog ball stuck in our pool plumbing line and were at our wits end trying to figure out how to remove it. Steve fit us in today and was able to remove it for us! Most definitely, I highly recommend this company! Jamie was my point of contact for the most part of the process, I even asked questions during the weekend and out of working hours and she definitely helped me out. Mike was the technical expert who worked on our pool and did an amazing job! He was very knowledgeable on what he was doing. Also a great instruction, he didn’t mind teaching me things I didn’t know about the pool system. We had a huge bubble when we opened the pool, and when the bubble went down, it had very large wrinkles. I called around and they are the ones who are recommend to fix it. Replacing the liner would have cost us 4g, and this company saved us thousands!

This company was great. Very helpful on answering questions and back their work. We were losing an inch or 2 every 3 days and noticed a significant difference the day after the repairs. It’s been 2 days and the water level hasn’t dropped! Our diver Rodger was awesome …highly recommend!

Absolutely top notch service, responsiveness and communication! Inquired ALD via website contact function after a friend’s referral. Was contacted same day(Saturday) and scheduled visit from Steve the following day(Sunday). Steve took about an hour to dive a 30K gallon pool and find/repair 2 1/2″-3/4″ tears in the liner (deep end). His inspection was not only visual but also with food coloring syringes. Pool was losing 1/4″-1/2″ every day or so, now just a bit due to evaporation in the summer heat. $250 flat rate was the quoted price, zero upcharge for any liner issues that are repairable. Repairs were done underwater using liner material as patch and underwater adhesive, both are holding strong. I’d use this company again and would highly recommend them if you think you’re losing water from your liner but aren’t ready to replace.

Rodger came over and inspected the pool after we had discovered some construction material in it. He found additional nails and glass in the pool as well as found that my drains weren’t installed to allow max flow. He was very professional, thorough, and polite. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that are concerned about their pool.

Owning a pool comes with the inevitable damage/leaks/repairs- this is the company you should call first. Highly recommend. Professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Rodger not only assisted in helping me address my initial concern, but took extra time answering questions and providing knowledge that only comes after years of experience.

We just had our liner replaced this year and within a month we had a significant leak of 5/8 inch of water daily. Rodger came over and found a crack in our light niche and made the repair. Afterwards we were still experiencing nearly the same amount of water loss, so I contacted Rodger. He gave a me test to run for the next 48 hours to determine if we were losing water in our piping or still via the pool. The test confirmed that the water leak was in the pool so Rodger scheduled another dive to re-check his work. Rodger found another leak in our niche on the second dive, made the repair, and did not charge us for the second dive!! This is fantastic customer service and I can not speak highly enough of Rodger’s professionalism. I highly recommend Atlantic Leak Detection and they will be the first people I call if I ever experience any water issues again in the future.

Upon opening our pool for the season, it was apparent that we had a leak. Based on the recommendation of East Coast Leisure (great to work with), I immediately contacted ALD. Their diver (Chris) arrived on time, patched several leaks (old liner), and provided me with a candid and honest assessment of our pool liner. I would highly recommend their service for anyone experiencing a pool liner leak.

I called when we were losing 6in of water per day and they came out same day when they heard the amount we were losing. The office manager, Jamie, was so helpful and friendly in trying to get one of the techs out. The tech that came, Rodger, was prompt, professional, friendly and informative. He did quite a few patches and explained our best course of action on a new liner while understanding the budget and timeline we have. We will definitely call Atlantic for future needs and recommend them to friends and family.
