Had a service call for an air leak. This particular piping was on its last leg and was held together by tons of silicone. The technician (Rodger) came out and did a good job of patching it up, however, he recommended replacing the piping. The repair job held for a few days and eventually the air leak came back. I called Rodger and he patiently went over everything that was needed for the repair. I repaired the piping but unfortunately still had a leak. Rodger again very patiently trouble shot the work done and i was able to get the pool running 100%! Rodger new this was a quick fix and instead of coming over and charging me multiple service calls, he talked me through the problem. I have not received that type of customer service and help from any other company and their professional and honesty are greatly appreciated!!
