Absolutely top notch service, responsiveness and communication! Inquired ALD via website contact function after a friend's referral. Was contacted same day(Saturday) and scheduled visit from Steve the following day(Sunday). Steve took about an hour to dive a 30K gallon pool and find/repair 2 1/2"-3/4" tears in the liner (deep end). His inspection was not only visual but also with food coloring syringes. Pool was losing 1/4"-1/2" every day or so, now just a bit due to evaporation in the summer heat. $250 flat rate was the quoted price, zero upcharge for any liner issues that are repairable. Repairs were done underwater using liner material as patch and underwater adhesive, both are holding strong. I'd use this company again and would highly recommend them if you think you're losing water from your liner but aren't ready to replace.
