Our 1st experience with the company was in July 2020 when we had to have our sewer line replaced, the 2nd experience was June 2021 for a leaking pipe and a water heater replacement. Both times Jason Getts did the repairs. We were very fortunate to have Jason for the 1st repair and I requested him for the 2nd repair. Jason is very professional, respectful and takes great pride in his workmanship. It is very difficult to find people with such professional pride and ethics these days. If there is an employee who deserves recognition within your organization, Jason certainly does. A company is only as good as the employees that they have representing them. I give Jason and the company 5 Stars!

I am very happy with my experience with modern plumbing. Ben was able to change out an outdoor leaky faucet that has been soldered on without having to break into the block wall where the pipe had been run through. He saved me some time and money. Thank you guys!

We have used Modern plumbing for 15 years. Having another plumbing issue with 2 toilets, I called this past Monday and they were able to work with my schedule and get me in first thing Wednesday morning. Alva arrived on time, and got right to the bottom of the issues I was having. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Mr. Cleveland showed up at 8:00am sharp and we add a window of 8:00am-12:00pm. He replaced our 19 year old Kitchen sink faucet. Mr.Cleveland was professional and funny. He is a character that you will want to work with. This our second time using Modern as they installed an outside H/C shower for us. We will use them again and again. Great work and fair prices.

After calling and searching through many plumbing services, I ended up selecting Modern Plumbing Industries due to all of the positive reviews. This is by far the best decision I made as my remodeling company’s handy man who installed the new toilet did a poor job as my new toilet started to have issues only after an year. There was an issue with information I was given over the phone versus what the quote was going to be in-person, and even though they didn’t have to, they worked with me to get as close to the price I was originally quoted. Just off the fact that they were understanding and treated me like an actual person, I’ll definitely use them again for my plumbing needs in the future.

Had to have them out for a repair required by an insurance claim. They did a fantastic job. Cleaned up everything and were very fairly priced. I would use them again.

Modern Plumbing came out to replace a builder grade faucet in the bathroom. The plumber showed up on time, was professional and clean, and adhered to all COVID-19 guidelines. The new faucet looks great. I put great value on a company that strives to provide a top notch customer experience. Modern Plumbing is second to none in that regard. Kim, the office manager, will make sure you are taken care of and happy. She went out of her way to explain the company policies. She has a pleasant and helpful personality that shines, even through the phone!

We had our kitchen sink clog on a Sunday and called Modern Plumbing first thing Monday morning. They were out here by 10am and had the job finished in no time. The service technician was friendly and explained what he would be doing. Very nice experience, I highly recommend them!

Jason and Alva did incredible work on our total gut kitchen remodel. From capping and removing a gas line to a complete sink connection and dishwasher/fridge install.
