Timely, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Two homes now I've had them come out to for various plumbing work and will ONLY have them out. The deciding factor was when a job went a bit sideways they immediately made it right. Easy to sing praises of companies when things are fine, it's when things go wrong you find out the nature of a business. MPI earns and deserves every dollar they get.
