At first, when our water heater started leaking, we were able to maintain it for a few days, but when I woke up to a nearly flooded laundry room I panicked and called Ken’s Plumbing, and I’m so glad I did. After scheduling an appointment with Miss Vicki, she called back about an hour later to say that a technician could come right then. I explained that we had lost power, so I would just keep the appointment for the next day. A few minutes later I got a call from Keith, our service technician, who said he would be happy to come take a look, even though we had no electricity. Keith got here quickly and assessed the issue with our water heater right away. He gave us several different options as well as a quote for pricing, and said that he could even install it that same day. I decided to get another quote, and found that the pricing Keith offered me was very fair, especially considering the short notice and urgency of the situation! I called back to confirm it with Keith and we were all set for the next morning. Now typically, when I have a technician come out for other services, I expect to wait about an hour after the estimated appointment time before someone gets here, but that was not the case! Keith called 30 minutes before the appointment time to say that he could come early, which was fantastic! Once he arrived, he got straight to work and had my new water heater installed in about 2 hours! He’s AWESOME!! Very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly! He answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew how everything worked. You can tell that Keith takes pride in the work he does, and he is an excellent representative for Ken’s Plumbing! If I ever need a plumbing service in the future, you can bet I’m calling Ken’s Plumbing!
