Ken's Plumbing has now installed two natural gas grills for me. Each time I have asked for service, the service was scheduled immediately. This time, they even arrived four days early! The service technicians are very knowledgeable, polite, professional, and thorough. I will go to Ken's Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs......they even send me a Christmas Card every year, with hand written signatures from each employee. Who does a better job of customer service? I do not think anyone does.
