Had an emergency where my shower would not turn off. Chris told me over the phone how to shut off my water and scheduled an appointment to fix the shower the following morning. I was unable to shut off the water and in my panic he agreed to come over immediately and fix the problem. 30 mins later he came over and not only fixed my broken shower cartridge but also how to turn off my water on my own in the case of future emergencies. And what would you know it was much more simple than what I was doing with the main water valve. Thank you so much for coming over even though you were spending time with your family. I highly recommend In Control Plumbing! Chris came and repaired a busted old copper pipe inside one of our walls. His crew came out again a few weeks later and repiped our entire house. The quality of work was top-notch, and all the guys were extremely professional. Received top notch service from Chris at In Control Plumbing Services! We had an emergency in the middle of the evening where one of our showers wouldn’t turn off. Thankfully, Chris was available and immediately made his way over. He was very professional and courteous while he was in our home, and efficiently replaced our shower’s bad cartridge. After that experience I needed a water heater replaced and helped me through every step needed to get a new one. Including the process for using the warranty on it. Great person and professional.

I have 3 bathrooms in my house and all of them got clogged last night at the same time!! I also have a special needs son who requires 24hr nursing care. I made a request last night and they came out before 8am this morning!!! Everything was fixed and running by 9am!! The man that was here was so polite and professional!!
