Had an emergency where my shower would not turn off. Chris told me over the phone how to shut off my water and scheduled an appointment to fix the shower the following morning. I was unable to shut off the water and in my panic he agreed to come over immediately and fix the problem. 30 mins later he came over and not only fixed my broken shower cartridge but also how to turn off my water on my own in the case of future emergencies. And what would you know it was much more simple than what I was doing with the main water valve. Thank you so much for coming over even though you were spending time with your family. Chris is truly an amazingly compassion step person! I highly recommend
