Howard had the proper equipment to unclog a pathway; he used tool to locate the precise point of clog. Unlike a previous unnamed company who could not clear the problem,Howard DID. What a huge difference! We will call upon them again!

I was extremely happy with all aspects of my dealings with Frank Gay Services. Most of all: Mike who came to repair my air conditioner was obviously a very efficient technician. He explained simply and logically, throughout, why each step needed doing. I knew what I was going to pay at each juncture , as the job progressed – This was very confidence building and satisfying. Each explanations made understandable sense. Mike worked quickly and efficiently and was extremely polite and comfortable to have about. It is a joy to have confidence from the beginning to the end of the service. Jonathan Bolton was very professional, friendly and informative. He answered all of our questions and gave us estimates on the maintenance services for our A/C, electrical and plumbing. We ended up getting the membership which was reasonably priced and fit our families needs.

Had called competition and response time was Tuesday at two. Oh by the way it’s Sunday morning. My A/C went out in the night and I live in central Florida and we know it’s hot. So I called the people who installed the a/c and they could get here as soon as Tuesday. Now me with four kids and a wife says, nope not acceptable. So hearing the Frank Gay commercials and never using before I called and got a same day appointment!! So I stopped looking and waited. My time frame was wide but I get why, it was from 2-6 he came at well 5:30 give or take ten minutes. But I am far away from local, so still in frame. Service was friendly, professional, and informative! So came out with a new capacitor and a yearly service plan with Frank Gay services! Definitely good and reliable.

I called for a clogged drain in a tricky spot. The company sent a pleasant young man who went above and beyond to fix the issue. He was very mindful of our COVID concerns and was masked the entire time. Very professional. Would recommend the company (and the young man) again.

The technician, Josh, that came out to our house was extremely professional and informative. He was thorough in investigating what could be causing our electrical issue. He took the time to explain to me how the parts in the breaker box worked. He explained the different options I had and promptly emailed them over to me for further review. I will definitely use Frank Gay again for any electrical or plumbing issues that arise in the future.
