Had called competition and response time was Tuesday at two. Oh by the way it’s Sunday morning. My A/C went out in the night and I live in central Florida and we know it’s hot. So I called the people who installed the a/c and they could get here as soon as Tuesday. Now me with four kids and a wife says, nope not acceptable. So hearing the Frank Gay commercials and never using before I called and got a same day appointment!! So I stopped looking and waited. My time frame was wide but I get why, it was from 2-6 he came at well 5:30 give or take ten minutes. But I am far away from local, so still in frame. Service was friendly, professional, and informative! So came out with a new capacitor and a yearly service plan with Frank Gay services! Definitely good and reliable.
