And Brandon P. were professional and did exceptional work. This company is now my go to for professional home services. I had new in wall gas lines run as well as electrical work. Both jobs were completed on the same day!

replace both condenser and air handler units Did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. I have a second unit that is need of replacement. I will use ACE when that time comes

These two techs were expedient and professional. They were spot on with a quick diagnosis and honest estimate. They fixed the issue on the spot without issue. They were also careful to take care of tracking dirt into the house by using booties and also masks due to covid. We signed up for their yearly service as a result of the great work they did. Were very happy with all of their work. We will certainly be using them again.

From past experience,I told Christian that a good strong plunger would probably work to clear the toilet plug. My plunger was a dud and I didn’t have the strength to use it properly (My age) He checked to see that all was cleared to the connections toward the main drain. and fortunately my fee was minimal. The next step would have been outrageously expensive. I have a new and better plunger ordered for the next same problem. Thank you, Christian, for listening to this old lady.

Had JD Brown in my home today 06/29/2021, to evaluate and price a New central heat/ac system. He was the most knowledgeable contractor that I have talked to about this. We went over everything and he explained in great detail what the Pro’s and Con’s were for what I wanted. We came up with a plan of action and a price I can live with. Very Professional. Just waiting to get this job started and completed.

Everyone at Ace was very friendly, cordial, and attentive. Incredible response time to my request. My AC was down and temperature was HOT!!! Company sent me a digital notice with technician’s photo who was going to be there the same day(WOW) so I could recognize him on arrival. Robinson was awesome…His many years of experience were clearly evident. Once I explained to him what my AC unit was doing/not doing, he took his diagnostic tools and determined the problem within 10 minutes of arriving on scene. He gave me a TRUE Estimate…. total cost, not like some others will tell you this amount plus service call, plus labor, etc. He took less than 20 minutes to have my AC back on-line and performing wonderfully. AAAHHHH, that COOL air. Robinson also took the time to explain to me how exactly the whole AC system works and what needs to be done to properly maintain it and he also provided information on their maintenance program. Thanks Ace. You do what you say you are going to do. Peace of Mind.

Brandon Padilla was wonderful! He knew exactly how to fix the mess we had with the outlets and the toggle switch for the spot lights on the outdoor fixture, and he was pleasant and very personable. We were very happy with the whole experience and the ultimate outcome (it works!). The only thing that would have been nice to know ahead of time is that they do have a minimum amount they charge when any work is actually done of about $200, not just the $59 they told me about for the service call charge. I was aware of the service call fee, but not the minimum charge until the call was completed. It is what it is, but it would have been nice to get a heads up before he arrived. All in all we were still very happy to have Brandon come to our rescue. Thanks for great service done with a non-stop smile! I didn’t think that was possible to find in this day and age!

I needed some assistance installing smart switches in my home and called Ace! They were so helpful and scheduled a electrician to come two days later. My electricians name was Jamie, he did a great job. Professional, communicated very well and took his time. The switches I needed installed were quite confusing but he took his time, didn’t give up and made it work. Jamie, I really appreciate your service today. Brandon Padilla was absolutely amazing. He repaired and installed several wall outlets plus installed a surge protector for our entire condo. Answered all questions and always asked if we needed anything more. He was by far the best ever and so darn nice to talk to. He always wanted to show us exactly what he was doing and explain why. He wouldn’t leave until he tested everything and made sure it was all working correctly. Ace is our new go to place and Brandon is the guy we will always request. Our quests were complaining that the AC was not cooling the cottage enough and were threatening to leave and ask for a refund. Robert did a through job taking apart the AC unit and CLEANIMG ALL of the coils with his special fluid. He got to the coils on the inside of the unit that i did not know were even there. Other companies had never cleaned them when they came to do the service. we are are glad we call ACE but it was VERY expensive. $400 for little chemical and a few hours of labor , but that included a through check over the WHOLE system , he even went UNDER the home to check the conduits and connections.

He was very professional, and went over the details of adding more plugs and higher power ratings to our home. We were able to break down each part of the instillation, that fit our needs.
