Our quests were complaining that the AC was not cooling the cottage enough and were threatening to leave and ask for a refund. Robert did a through job taking apart the AC unit and CLEANIMG ALL of the coils with his special fluid. He got to the coils on the inside of the unit that i did not know were even there. Other companies had never cleaned them when they came to do the service. we are are glad we call ACE but it was VERY expensive. $400 for little chemical and a few hours of labor , but that included a through check over the WHOLE system , he even went UNDER the home to check the conduits and connections.
