Aside for a scheduling snafu that had zero to do with the technician, the service visit was flawless. We had several small plumbing matters we need handled and Damien couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Honestly, was expecting to pay twice as much. Damien's already on speed dial in case something goes awry with our upcoming dishwasher install. Very pleased.
