Today started as a stressful day because I was both happy and nervous to get my COVID shot. My daughter took me and things went great. We got home to find the bathroom flooded. My heart dropped and my stress went back up. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they sent Gary Price out. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my problem and explained the situation to me. Not only did he do a wonderful job, he had a great attitude and a wonderful personality. It really help me calm down and I would definitely recommend this company. I needed to add to this. The line advisor, Scott Thomas, came out to discuss repairing my sewer line. He was also very professional and a delight to talk to. He got me all set up and I definitely recommend this company. Scott is wonderful at what he does. I wanted to give separate reviews, but it directed me back to this one. I’ve been so pleased dealing with this company.
