Thank you Ricardo for the excellent service . He was very professional & courteous. To my surprise the Tech was not scheduled to be at my house until 12 noon. I received a call & they were able to get him there earlier. I was so thankful. Tech cleaned up behind himself & explained what he replaced on the faucets & the installation on the dishwasher connections in simple laymen terms so I could tell husband when he asked questions. Very satisfied!
