I am beyond please with their services. I live in a fairly new apartment, but never would I have never thought I’d be dealing with a new faulty water heater. After 3 months of not having consistent hot water and the apartment complex’s maintenance crew not being able to fix the problem, I had enough and management contacted Westbrook. Lester and his assistant were very attentive, professional and detailed. He followed up to make sure that everything was OK. I am beyond pleased with their prompt, professional and diligent work.
