1st of all there hasn’t been any up keep done on this residents in many many years for what ever reason. 2nd this woman can not get any contractors to come into her home due to the fact that she has many medical conditions that require her to take prescribed medications that have the tendency to alter your senses, and make her unreasonable to deal with, example her name is Schectmann and puts on the site Checkman, as well as tells Home advisor the same thing. 3rd She will call people and text them at any and all hours of the night with no regard for others. 4th I felt bad for these people and thought originally I could help by doing the right thing but after the virus broke and time went by I did not feel comfortable attempting to go into their home and contacted them to give them the materials that had to be ordered through Lowes. due to the fact that somethings were Special Orders and a Conversation with Mrs. Schectman that I needed to have Lowes let me know if they would take bake the Special Orders (which they took their sweet time as they normally do not do) they gave me back the money and I Sent a Certified Letter with a Check for Mrs. Schectmans monies. But the calls and such continued (harassment). Further more she recieved her check that was sent as i said Certified mail and was given the letter by the Postal service and continues to harass me through Home Advisor
