After an in-slab pipe leak we decided to repipe whole house as our 25 year old copper pipes looked like something from the Titanic . Called Shamrock and they were able to squeeze me in 2 days later. Shamrock crew showed up on time and worked their butts off until 5pm when the water was turned back on. Next day the drywall crew showed up and patched up all the holes and matched the existing wall texture. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend it.

My fiance and I bought a new home in February that had been repiped by Shamrock plumbing in December of 2020. We ran the dishwasher the first night we moved into the home in February which unfortunately leaked. We purchased a new dishwasher and called Shamrock Plumbing to install the dishwasher as we were pleased with the repiping of the home. RW came out to install the dishwasher, he was prompt, professional, and kept his mask on during the time he was in the home. After pulling out the dishwasher he discovered heavy water damage from not only the dishwasher leak, but a leak from the previous owner that was hidden from us during the sale. Upon further investigation RW said in good conscience he would not install the dishwasher due to the mold intrusion. I agreed and he suggested to call Damage Control 911 for the mold and water mitigation. Obviously this is not what we wanted to hear but the levels of mold were unsafe and RW had our best interest at heart. Jeff with Damage Control 911 came out and took care of the issue, (I will post another review for them, but they did an incredible job). Instead of charging us the full amount for the install RW only charged half then came back after the drywall and studs were removed and I had framed in a cavity for the dishwasher. RW did a great job leveling the dishwasher and in the process explained to me a lot of different things to watch out for with the plumbing to prevent any leaks happening again in our home. For first time home owners this information will I am sure prove to be invaluable and we greatly appreciate the candidness from RW and professionalism. We will be using Shamrock Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs moving forward.

My husband and I would highly recommend Shamrock Plumbing. We had them repipe our house and they were amazing throughout the entire experience. We were so happy at how minimally invasive the process was. They were professional, reasonably priced, kept things clean, were communicative and when the whole thing was completed, we couldn’t even tell they had had the walls open at all. It looked perfect! We are so glad we went with Shamrock Plumbing and would use their services again!

I chose Shamrock pluming after meeting with several companies, to repipe my entire home and eliminate the Polybutylene pipes installed when the home was built. Mark the owner came out and provided a fair price which included the drywall repair and explained the entire process. The repiping was done in one day, inspected the next day and then the drywall was done in one day. My home had textured drywall and nowhere in the home can you tell where the cuts were made to do the work, unbelievable how smooth it went and how great it came out. I would recommend Shamrock to anyone.

On Friday evening aroound 9 pm, one of our daughters called us in a panic because water was pouring through one of her vent ducts. We called our “usual” plumber and they were unable to send anyone out. We all called several other plumbers and they, too, were unable to send anyone out. I called Shamrock Plumbing and left a message. A very nice woman called me right back and said that a plumber would be there within the hour. She asked me where the general area was which I provided to her and she the asked me to text the name and address to her. While I was locating the address of the condo, a rep from the building advised that they were sending maintennace there and that it would not be necessary for us to pay a plumber. I called Shamrock Plumbing right back and they thanked me for notifying them as a plumber was already en route to our area. Although we did not end up needing them after all, their service was efficient, friendly, and understanding and I would absolutely utilize their services in the future.

I chose Shamrock Plumbing to replace a leaky 1970s whole house cut-off valve. They were highly recommended on our community facebook page for being responsive, punctual, and providing high quality repairs. I called their number and was asked a few basic questions regarding my repair and was given an appointment. Levi, our service technician called prior to the appointment time to let me know he was on his way. He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable; I have some plumbing experience and had done my homework regarding this type of repair and I give him high marks. He gave me a quick explanation and estimate of work necessary for the repair. The repair was quick and we had the water back on with out any issues. I’ll be recommending Shamrock to family, friends, and neighbors.

Plumber showed up early in the window. Was professional, expedient and personable. Showed me some additional areas that needed work and gave me some DYI tips. Issue was fixed 100%. Will be using Shamrock again for future plumbing issues.

I found this plumber via BBB website with A+ rating. Quote was lower than other companies and included texture matching of drywall after permit was signed off by city. Complete re-pipe of entire home, replacing poly with pex. High quality hardware. Professional staff. Lead plumber extremely knowledgeable. Office staff friendly and responsive. Re-pipe was done in one day. On schedule and on time. We had to wait a while for the city inspector, but that is obviously not within control of the plumber. I’ve painted over the re-textured walls, and everything looks great. We are quite pleased. I recently had a local plumber replace my toilets. He actually mentioned that my re-pipe looked like a good quality job. I would personally recommend Shamrock to anyone looking for a whole house re-pipe.

Amazing experience!! Got a call back shortly after leaving a message! That’s impressive!!! Spoke with Mark, the owner, and he got the ball rolling quickly. I had three new toilets installed and at more than half of what another local company was charging!! Technician was on time and I am very happy with the installation. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I contacted Shamrock Plumbing recently to replace a faulty shutoff valve behind my toilet – they sent Roger out and, for a very reasonable price, he took care of it easily. I live in an older home and sometimes it is hard to find a plumber who is willing to work on the older pipes or find the appropriate fittings. Roger took a look and determined exactly what we needed, took the time to go back to his warehouse and get the right parts for us, and the repair looks great. This is the second time I’ve used Shamrock and I’m not disappointed.
