Greatttt staff. Kevin and his associate were A++++ on knowledge. He diagnosed our problem in under 5 minutes and shared every detail along the way. Kevin was super helpful! Very personable and easy to talk to. He was also able to explain everything step by step and answer the thousand questions we had. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who has a problem where a plumber is required.

Rotor Rooter was super fast and friendly… from the guy who initially took the call, down to the technician who came out to do the work. He arrived in less than 2 hours, and we even got a courtesy call letting us know they’re on the way. 100% recommend and will use them again in the future!

I would give more stars if I could. Jacob worked his butt off and went above and beyond the call of duty. He repaired some line, and installed a cleanout. He was kind, polite, respectful, and very understanding of our situation. He did everything he could to make sure we had a good experience, and even stayed after dark to make sure the job was completely finished. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood what our problem was and how he and his fellow technician Juan was going to fix it. Juan was also very professional. They fixed the problem, and showed me how everything was fixed and working now. Hands down the best plumbing experience we’ve had.
