Ferran is an awesome company. They make sure everyone who works for them does quality work. I needed some plumbing done on my house and they sent Rick, who is an awesome plumber. He always answers his phone and emails when he can and he takes care to explain everything during his service.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with everyone at Ferran!!! SUPER professional and caring. Our technician Steve was ESPECIALLY thorough with our unit and also took the time to educate us all along the way. I have had issues in the past with other companies not being professional, or not doing the work they said they were going to do. DEFINITELY not the case with Ferran! They are my go to company for AC service and repair!!

Since buying our condo at Tradewinds in New Smyrna Beach, I was advised that the water heater’s main valve needed replacing due to age and corrosion. Our super highly recommended Ferran as they were primarily doing most if not all the waterline work in our building. The sales tech reviewed our project and emailed a quote timely. Reviewed it with me and outlined all the pipes involved with the repair. After consulting with my usual plumber – it was determined that the price offered was competitive. Since their reputation with the building was top notch they were hired. They timed the repair with other maintenance and it was completed with precision and cleanliness. What a great experience!! My husband and I wanted mini splits for a couple of rooms in our house. Ferran gave us a quote and they beat the quotes from One Stop and Home Depot (Home Depot sent out a local AC place that was very unknowledgeable about how to do this project and extremely over priced). The Ferran AC techs and electrician did an amazing job for us! I’m so happy and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Our 5 year old house needed the Master Shower faucet cartridge replaced, yet again (3). This time, I relied on Ferran Plumbing (should have done so from the start). Eddie (Ferran Plumbing tech) did a fantastic job, Thank you-Thank you! Certainly goes to show the difference is in who you get to do the work! Eddie’s knowledge, understanding of our problem and attention to detail made for the best user experience since the “new” house purchase. The water no longer trickles out when the faucet is closed (day or night), and the lever is no longer loose nor wiggles, instead turns smoother and easier than ever, all attributed to workmanship. Again thank you for improving what we had adapted to have to ignore, per previous failed attempts made by others in the industry. What seemed impossible is now resolved! Going forward we will call for our home needs and are glad to refer the brand by personal experience and confidence.

Called and got a same day appointment for a light installation. Pablo was very nice and got the light in with no problems. Because of time remaining, he offered to check any other issues. Luckily he did because he found a code violation with my cooktop stove. So glad I called Ferran.

I am a frequent visitor to Volusia County, now moving my healthcare consulting business here and recently purchased a home in Port Orange. Before selecting a HVAC company, I did my homework researched recommendations in Consumer Reports and talked with a good friend in New England in the HVAC industry. I called a three local companies with high ratings by the local Better Business Bureau. When I called Ferran they connected me to the plumbing supervisor. Darwin was knowledgeable and cogent in providing information that helped me select the best A.O. Smith and American Standard hot water tank replacement product for my home. I was looking for the the highest performance over the longest durations. I also wanted a product that came with a ten year warrantee. This required an anode upgrade. I selected a residential A.O. Smith product. We had a few conversations regarding anode upgrades and to set up the installation. When Darwin was busy, he returned my calls in short order. He took the time to explain my best options. Darwin is a great asset to and outstanding representative for Ferran. In advance of the scheduled installation, I received timely text messages from Ferran confirming the appointment and then the expected arrival time. On installation day, I was very impressed with Steve, the Ferran master plumber sent to replace my 50 gallon hot water tank. Ferran invested in providing Steve with the latest high tech equipment, including a.$5000 pipe joint compression/crimping tool. That made Steve’s work flow more efficient, avoided the fire risks of using a blow torch to melt the solder and turned out a bright clean looking final product. Two new toilets were also installed properly with no mess to clean up. Just looking at the new hot water tank connection pipes screams this is what quality work looks like. The great experience with your plumbing team is why I called Ferran to schedule an electrical installation to tie in a electric automobile charger (Tesla) to my main electrical panel. I received the same great service in scheduling (Toni) and texting me to confirm date, time and expected arrival time. The master electrician, Jon, arrived on time. Jon was knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently, like he had done it a thousand times before. He efficiently ran the wire bundle down the inside of the wall and installed the unit securely to the sheetrock garage wall. Rather than use the wall screws that came with the Tesla kit, Jon elected to use toggle supported screws that made the wall installation more secure and long lasting; a welcomed upgrade. Jon took the time and effort to provide me with top tier quality workmanship. I felt like Jon treated my project like he was doing the installation for his family, only the best. Being new to the area and asking around for suggestions, I heard it was difficult finding quality trade workers around here. If I hear those comments again and they want HVAC/plumbing or electrical quality work, I will tell them to call Ferran. I certainly will. Thank you!!

I need a whole new Circuit Breaker Box b/c it was little over 30 years old, kept getting hot & kept shutting down the washer/dryer. Tech Kevin came & install the new circuit breaker box. He did an excellent job installing it. After Kevin was done. He didn’t leave until everything works perfectly. He went above & beyond to make sure every was running fine & the box didn’t get very hot. Kevin was a very nice guy, friendly & down to earth. I high recommend Ferran Service for their hard work

I have a Total Home Warranty plan with Sears. However they were booked solid for 3-4 weeks and could not replace my AC breaker. Can you imagine waiting for 3 weeks to have your AC repaired in Florida climate. 😭 My thanks goes to Kathy Love who scheduled me a Saturday appointment as an emergency. Kathy was the deciding factor for me choosing Ferran. She showed empathy toward my issue and was very professional. Thanks Ferran and hats off for providing Excellent Customer service as that is the back bone for any company. The technician and services were excellent as well. 😀
