Had annual inspection due to my membership in their Benjamin Franklin maintenance program. My technician was prompt, courteous, thorough, and professional throughout the entire inspection. He pointed out helpful tips and also showed me certain things to keep an eye on going forward. John did a great job. It took a couple visits to fix our shower handle because the original was so old there were no replacement parts. They did not charge me until I got a new handle to install. John did it quickly, even with my cat’s “help”. Friendly and professional and likes cats- you can’t beat that!

Quentin showed up an hour before I expected him which is unheard of today and it sure helped out my day. He was very professional and completely understood what I needed to have done, which was relocating an existing drain pipe for a laundry room deep sink. Not only did he do an excellent job (I’m a very particular person) but he checked out all the rest of my plumbing lines under my house to make sure everything was ok. Today started as a stressful day because I was both happy and nervous to get my COVID shot. My daughter took me and things went great. We got home to find the bathroom flooded. My heart dropped and my stress went back up. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they sent Gary Price out. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very professional and a delight to talk to. He got me all set up and I definitely recommend this company. Scott is wonderful at what he does. I wanted to give separate reviews, but it directed me back to this one. I’ve been so pleased dealing with this company.

He took his time which I really appreciated and he communicated everything he did and did his best to fix the problem and told me if it doesn’t hold up he will come back and make it right so I am satisfied and happy. Joe was my technician today. He did an excellent job finding and fixing the problem that we had with our tub and also the shower faucet. He was friendly and every knowledgeable. Joe explain what was wrong and how he fixed everything. He even explained the benefits of being a member of Ben Franklin Society and signed us up today. Ben Franklin stands behind their work with an excellent warranty, they are on time and an excellent company to so business with.

Have used Benjamin Franklin for years. Very professional, show up on time, jobs are done quickly and professionally. They installed and have been maintaining our tankless water heater. Very reliable and have never had an issue with getting a service appointment scheduled. In my mind – a good value for the money. Very happy and will continue to use their services.

This was the second time Quentin has serviced our plumbing needs, and he was as punctual, polite, and professional as ever. He had a colleague with him, named Joe who was equally so. B Franklin is a bit pricey but so far, I’ve never had to second guess the service we’ve received. I guess you really do get what you pay for. With them, it’s excellent service! Therefore, I would recommend them to anyone needing professional plumbing services.
