Great Experience, Manny was my Technician. Not only were they compassionate about my horrible situation, but knew exactly what i needed and offered some tips to help ease the continuing flow of sewage into my home. It was disgusting. Manny came when no on else would. Fixed my ejector pump, allowed me to decide by giving me options for the future and never did i feel nor was i pressured into purchasing. I asked if i did what did they offer, received a VERY good price and decide to go with new. I watched it installed, repaired work from existing damage,plus i received a warranty and Manny said to feel free to call if anything went wrong after he left. When, where, and who is gonna take care of their customers like that. I know No one! Advantage deserves a huge shout out for still doing business the right way. Thank you Manny, and Reception All those corporate companies with cute commercials, told me no and I will Never refer to my own clients to go anywhere esle other than Advantage.

Edward of Advantage Plumbing was just here to diagnose and repair a leak we had from one of our upstairs bathtubs. We were in a bind as our house is on the market for sale. Edward knew exactly where to look and what to do. He had to cut into our garage ceiling to find the root of the problem. He replaced parts that were worn and or dried out and remedied the situation in a very timely manner. After which he even recommended a good company and contact for me to to call who works with insurance companies to dry out or replace the wet insulation and replace the drywall on the ceiling. Edward was very polite to both me and my wife, he demonstrated great customer service skills. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Advantage, thanks for helping us out with his repair.

Wow! This company just wows you. I had the pleasure of dealing with Heidi in the office. She was so helpful, at a time when I desperately needed it. She sent out Edward. This gentleman was so polite. I had sewage backing up in my laundry room. He was so understanding. He immediately got to work, and had my problem solved quickly and professionally. I spent over 2 house trying to find a plumber after hours. Both Heidi & Edward were worth the search. This company will get all my business in the future. Thank you Edward. You most definitely were miracle worker!

I had a couple of plumbing issues and Advantage came out and did phenomenal! Ben the master plumber walked my wife and me through the issues and did it in a timely manner. Josh MC, his apprentice, did a great job as well! Definitely money well spent on the service. Will call again for our future plumbing needs.

From the first phone call, Advantage Plumbing was amazing! My water heater went out early in the morning on the same day I had out-of-town guests arriving – talk about a panic! Only a few hours later, the service tech was here with a new water heater, and by the time my guests arrived, they never even knew what a morning we had! Clean, professional and courteous!

Edward “Shorty” is a gregarious, honest, and skilled craftsman. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me several options to proceed. His helper, Josh, was also courteous, and both were respectful of the property, making certain that booties were worn, and area cleaned up after installation. I honestly believe “Shorty” will be a successful journeyman plumber. He is a great ambassador for Advantage Plumbing.

Called this business on a holiday weekend and within, I say five minutes a reply to my request was emailed to reach out to a LIVE person. Not an emergency need, just needed unclogging a drain in my fire station. Mrs. Heidi was instrumental in securing a technician, later found out an owner did my job. He was fast efficient and completed the task in a quick timely manner. Love to see the owner operators in the field with technicians. This allows them to have the pulse of what the technicians deal with in an ever changing culture. I can not say how nice it is to NOT deal with any automated prompted voice and actually speak with a person to discuss my need and quote. Needless to say, business manners like this had me add them to a qualified vendor list to call when future plumbing issues arise at my stations. Oh the price was less than the quote too, so nice to have a quality job at a fair price!!!

I called them for a fault diagnosis and estimate of a leaking toilet. They not only ran a thorough check of the toilet, but went above and beyond and inspected all the plumbing fixtures in the home and shared their visual diagnostics with me. Ben and his assistant were very helpful, and answered my questions right away. When there is a future plumbing need I will definitely give them a call. I highly recommend their services.

Great service and fast! We called several plumbing companies and most of them wanted us to wait hours or days for an emergency call, Advantage Plumbing had Eduard out fast and had the issue fixed quickly and was able to explain everything for us to understand. we had to have a part ordered but they had it before we expected and he came back and had it installed within minutes. Our outdoor faucet is working perfectly now and looks better than it did before.

Company came out to resolve a sump pump issue quickly after we had water in our basement. Josh was very professional and friendly. Our experience dealing with him and the company was extremely positive. I would definitely recommend to others!

Great job by Edward on our hot water heater removal and installation. Edward was on time, very profession and was careful with our home during removal and bringing in the new hot water heater. He also answered all of my questions with knowledge and patience. The new hot water heater looks great and works even better. Advantage was very responsive in giving us a price quote and was fair and honest. Will return to Advantage the next time I need help with any plumbing needs!

Our ejector pump needed to be replaced, and it was an emergency. Ben, our service technician, got to our house at 7am on a Saturday, and did an amazing job. He figured out the issue quickly, and even found a way to get us the best deal on replacing the pump. My husband and I appreciated that not only did Ben do great work, he cared about the cost. We would recommend Advantage, and Ben, to everyone!

From my first conversation with Jennifer to when Ben and Josh came to install a new water heater (within 24 hours of contacting Advantage), service was above and beyond incredible.
