Our septic system backed up over the weekend. I left messages with three other companies and Total is the only one that responded quickly, and they came out within 6 hours. The serviceman Matt was very professional, answered all my questions, took extra care to our lawn, and recommended a few things but wasn't pushy. Very knowledgeable and friendly too. Great experience overall. Our new septic company from now on, and we had a few others.
