On Friday evening aroound 9 pm, one of our daughters called us in a panic because water was pouring through one of her vent ducts. We called our "usual" plumber and they were unable to send anyone out. We all called several other plumbers and they, too, were unable to send anyone out. I called Shamrock Plumbing and left a message. A very nice woman called me right back and said that a plumber would be there within the hour. She asked me where the general area was which I provided to her and she the asked me to text the name and address to her. While I was locating the address of the condo, a rep from the building advised that they were sending maintennace there and that it would not be necessary for us to pay a plumber. I called Shamrock Plumbing right back and they thanked me for notifying them as a plumber was already en route to our area. Although we did not end up needing them after all, their service was efficient, friendly, and understanding and I would absolutely utilize their services in the future.
