I was experiencing a clogged toilet which made the sink water and toilet water back up into the bathtub. Plunging the toilet didn't work. I called Drain Genie Plumbing Services at 6:25pm yesterday and was able to make an appointment for today when I got home from work at 4:30pm. Kevin arrived on time and resolved my issue in a timely and professional manner. He was careful to make no mess of the house, although it was raining outside. Besides his confident knowledge and expertise, he was a very jovial and personable man; hard to come by these days! The price for service was very reasonable. I will continue to use Drain Genie Plumbing Services for any future plumbing needs. Once a guy finds an honest, quality service company, you stick with them!

The cold line in my bathroom sink had low pressure. Action Plumbing told me that they’d need to make multiple cuts in the walls to find the issue, so I dealt with it for years. Due to other circumstances the wall and vanity were removed yesterday so I called Harvey Baker Plumbing. Today they even offered to send someone earlier than my appointment time. The first thing Joel tried was to replace the shutoff valve, which Action Plumbing didn’t even attempt. The problem ended up being inches further up the line, though we couldn’t find the mysterious thing that was blocking it. It works now, there’s no extra holes in the walls, and that’s what matters. Joel was quick, friendly, and efficient.
