The house-line pipe outside of my property was damaged and needed replacement. I called Drain Genie Plumbing Services on a Saturday. I was told a plumber would be at my house from 2:00 – 3:00. Carlos showed up on time. He evaluated the problem and fixed it that same day. Drain Genie Plumbing Services even gave me a $200 credit because the job was not as severe as anticipated. I feel they were prompt, honest, and Carlos was professional and efficient. I would definitely use this company again.
