Had a clog in the main line leading to the sewer right before we left for a weekend with family. Called to have someone come out right as we got back from our weekend. Kevin came out and cleared the sewer line leading to the street. He let us know it was most likely on the cities end, as we don’t have a septic system. Informed us to call the city and have anyone else in the neighborhood to call, as well, if they have had to have the same service done so we could get them to come out and clear the sewer system so this does not become a reoccurring issue for us. Kevin was super nice, professional and knowledgeable. He was in and out within an hour.
