Our 5 year old house needed the Master Shower faucet cartridge replaced, yet again (3). This time, I relied on Ferran Plumbing (should have done so from the start). Eddie (Ferran Plumbing tech) did a fantastic job, Thank you-Thank you! Certainly goes to show the difference is in who you get to do the work! Eddie's knowledge, understanding of our problem and attention to detail made for the best user experience since the "new" house purchase. The water no longer trickles out when the faucet is closed (day or night), and the lever is no longer loose nor wiggles, instead turns smoother and easier than ever, all attributed to workmanship. Again thank you for improving what we had adapted to have to ignore, per previous failed attempts made by others in the industry. What seemed impossible is now resolved! Going forward we will call for our home needs and are glad to refer the brand by personal experience and confidence.
