This was my first time using Ferran. I am definitely keeping them to use again in the future. They were great about making an appointment to get out asap... Also kept us informed about time of arrival. Chris (our serviceman) was on time, courteous, and quickly had our system fixed, up and running. Thanks so much for your professional manner. I should add, Chris was not only a great positive representation of the company, (by all I've previously mentioned), but he was masked and gloved when he came to our door. Thanks so much, Chris, for being quick and efficient... Kudos to you for your professional and friendly manner. Glad to have our a.c. back, up and running....
