Joe was my technician today. He did an excellent job finding and fixing the problem that we had with our tub and also the shower faucet. He was friendly and every knowledgeable. Joe explain what was wrong and how he fixed everything. He even explained the benefits of being a member of Ben Franklin Society and signed us up today. Ben Franklin stands behind their work with an excellent warranty, they are on time and an excellent company to so business with.
