This was the second time Quentin has serviced our plumbing needs, and he was as punctual, polite, and professional as ever. He had a colleague with him, named Joe who was equally so. B Franklin is a bit pricey but so far, I’ve never had to second guess the service we’ve received. I guess you really do get what you pay for. With them, it’s excellent service!
