We explained what was happening to Kevin once he arrived. We took the time to walk throughn the whole process with my husband, inside in the bathrooms all the way outside to the drainage pipes. Very respectful, answered all of our questions, explained everything. I really appreciated Kevin’s service. Thanks again, Mrs. Harper 😊
