Have used Benjamin Franklin for years. Very professional, show up on time, jobs are done quickly and professionally. They installed and have been maintaining our tankless water heater. Very reliable and have never had an issue with getting a service appointment scheduled. In my mind - a good value for the money. Very happy and will continue to use their services.
