We were in a bind, with no other companies willing to help us out. Total was quick to reroute a truck to get to us within 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Van, the technician, was awesome and extremely knowlegable. He was quick and didn’t waste time. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need.

Van is the best! He goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE TIME. He cares so much about his work and carefully executes with so much kindness. Our business will be really sad if he leaves this company because he makes dealing with grease traps so easy.

We are a large restaurant/hotel here in Orlando. We have used other companies in the past and have not had that great of experience. However, after using Total Enviro Services all I can say is “Van is the Man”!!! Super professional and very knowledgeable. He was courteous and friendly to everyone on our staff. I asked Van about my home system and without hesitation he gave me some pointers and then, made sure i understood what he was talking about! What a great guy, thanks Van for making us feel important. We really appreciate you!

Our septic system backed up over the weekend. I left messages with three other companies and Total is the only one that responded quickly, and they came out within 6 hours. The serviceman Matt was very professional, answered all my questions, took extra care to our lawn, and recommended a few things but wasn’t pushy. Very knowledgeable and friendly too. Great experience overall. Our new septic company from now on, and we had a few others.
