Leak Doctor came in after another company couldn’t find the leak. Was willing to listen to my opinion on where I thought it was coming from, unlike the other company. And found the leak. Enough said.

I had a Leak in my home and someone told me to call the Leak Doctor. They sent Marco Turner as my plumber, he was punctual, pleasant and very precise. He could determine the area where the Leak was and it was right behind the heater in my daughter’s room. We had to remove the bed, lift the carpet etc., we did it fast and he was totally helpful. I find them very reasonable, they charge only one price and I was comfortable with that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

The adjuster suggested Leak Doctor for our leak. They came out the very day we called! Steven was great. So courteous, understanding and professional. The leak was under the slab. He was able to locate the leak and worked with the adjuster and us to make sure all was taken care to our satisfaction. He even swept up after the repair! So impressed.

We had a leak on a house that has been vacant for 12 years- our tech 21-David was amazing! It was determined that we had a leak at our commercial building, but a plumber was unable to find any leaks inside after inspecting all 10 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Therefore, the leak had to be outside the building and most likely under our cement parking lot. I called The Leak Doctor first, but was a bit concerned about their hourly rate. After calling other companies, it appeared that I needed to go with The Leak Doctor after all. Josue came out within a day and assured me that he wouldn’t waste any time since he knew how pricey the service would be. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency, as he methodically ruled out any potential causes for the leak. Ultimately, Josue used his sensitive equipment to find the leak several feet under the parking lot slab and put an “X” on the spot where he thought it would be. He said it was probably too deep for him to make the repair so he recommended another plumbing company, who came out the next day, used a backhoe to dig up the lot, found the leak inches from where Josue marked it, and repaired it. I coordinated with a concrete guy to fill in the hole that same afternoon. Thank you Josue for doing such a great job in finding the leak so quickly for us!

Outstanding work! Josh and Anthony came to the house because we found a tile that was warmer than the others. I suspected a slab leak. I called and they were scheduled to come in a fast time-frame. Josh called when they were on their way and they were on-time in the time frame I was told. Both of the men were professional, friendly and good at what they do. They pinpointed where the leak was and even took care of some other small issues they found while they were detecting the leak. That was completely unexpected and highly appreciated. We had a leak in our home and the adjuster suggested leak doctor. The tech Dave cooksey was sent out. He was punctual, friendly and efficient. He did an amazing job explaining what he was doing and precisely found where the leak was coming from. He was also nice enough to temporarily stop the leak until we can get a plumber out to fix it. I would without a doubt use them again.

Carlos was very helpful and professional. First time we’ve had a foundation leak in the house and he found it quickly. He was also very knowledgeable and kept me updated on each step of the process. Carlos was very helpful professional at all times. He took the time to explain the issue to both the tenant and myself. Located leak and repair were done quickly. Work area was kept clean and organized at all times . Carlos had another tech with him and he (sorry I do not remember his name )was also very helpful and professional at all times . Steven Alonso was absolutely amazing at finding my leak in my home. He was able to prevent extensive damage to my home in search of the leak. The plumber said they would have to use a jackhammer to find it and he was able to use a fancy device to prevent that from happening. He was very pilote and professional and would definitely recommend him if I ever have a issue in the future. Thanks again, you rock..

These guys are great! With every single water source shut off in the house, our water meter ran and ran, and our bill was more than double the last 2 months. There were no water sounds at all from any of our water sources, and it made no sense. We were terrified that we had a leak under the slab, but since we could not find any source of leaking, we had to call a professional. We called Ranaldi Plumbing first, who told us on the phone that it would be a $39 trip charge to detect the leak, and when they found the leak, the trip charge would be deducted from the cost of repair. The plumber gets here, and suddenly, I’m told that he’d do a ‘visual inspection’ for the leak for an additional $211, before even stepping foot in our house. If he didn’t find it, it would be an additional $500 to schedule their leak detection specialist. I was told on the phone that they would FIND the leak for $39, which clearly was not true. I paid the $39 (note that this guy never put a foot inside my house to look for a leak). I found Leak Doctor on google, and the best thing about them was their promise that their rate was $325. Period. No surprises, no extra cost. If they don’t find your leak, or if that’s not the only leak, they will come back again. Steve and Anthony came out, spent about 1/2 an hour listening at all our water supplies, but not finding the source of the leak, while the meter still spun. They then pulled out a gas compressor, injected gas into the lines…. and found the problem. Our Reverse Osmosis under the kitchen sink was continually drawing water. When they shut that off, then checked the meter again, the spinning stopped. It was WELL worth the piece of mind to do this! I would 100% recommend these guys, and would absolutely use them again!
