Had a clog in the main line leading to the sewer right before we left for a weekend with family. Called to have someone come out right as we got back from our weekend. Kevin came out and cleared the sewer line leading to the street. He let us know it was most likely on the cities end, as we don’t have a septic system. Informed us to call the city and have anyone else in the neighborhood to call, as well, if they have had to have the same service done so we could get them to come out and clear the sewer system so this does not become a reoccurring issue for us. Kevin was super nice, professional and knowledgeable. He was in and out within an hour.

The house-line pipe outside of my property was damaged and needed replacement. I called Drain Genie Plumbing Services on a Saturday. I was told a plumber would be at my house from 2:00 – 3:00. Carlos showed up on time. He evaluated the problem and fixed it that same day. Drain Genie Plumbing Services even gave me a $200 credit because the job was not as severe as anticipated. I feel they were prompt, honest, and Carlos was professional and efficient. I would definitely use this company again.

Kevin was absolutely amazing. In 40 years I have used numerous plumbing companies, Kevin was by far the best plumber I have ever had work on my house. He went above and beyond and showed me exactly what was causing the leak, and showed me how he was repairing it. I also need a new water heater, but I was going to wait a little longer due to finances but he was so good I scheduled an appointment immediately. I recommend him highly. You will not be disappointed. He is extremely friendly and easy to talk to and explains anything you need him to. I will ask for him every time I use this company. The company is wonderful and I am so glad I found them!!!

I contacted Drain Genie about installing a utility sink in my garage. They responded promptly and through text exchange of pictures were able to give me a quote in advance so there were no surprises about cost. Other companies were not able to do that. I was able to have someone come the next day, he was very quick and professional and his work was excellent. I was very pleased with the experience and would hire them again.

Very responsive, we had a hard time finding someone to come out and locate where our water pipes are for a bathroom addition we are doing, called John from the number listed on google and he booked us an appointment the next day, and always answered text message questions along the way. The guys that came out were very honest, fast and professional and John reached out after to make sure the service was good. I had a leak in my kitchen and I looked around online for some plumbers. I just moved into town. I called drain genie and a real person answered and was very helpful. The guy showed up the same day, on time, and diagnosed the problem. At first they wanted to cut through some cement wall but I said no so then they showed me another option to cut through my kitchen wall which in my opinion is easier and safer than opening up the outside cement wall. He could have opened with that. Guy was honest and professional and trustworthy. Got the job done. The estimate I had was 450 but I paid 1200. Felt like a big leap. Tripled in price but hey I’m no plumber and I couldn’t fix it. Guy used a torch and stuff must have been tough. They have some confusing complicated iPad system they use to charge you. Was nebulous and esoteric. I don’t know why the charge went up so much. Didn’t seal the hole but they told me that at the get go. If you want a company that may give you some financial slack these aren’t the family owned couple of plumbers working together. Seemed like one of the bigger companies. Didn’t seem like ma and pa kind of plumber. I later asked for some pictures and info for an insurance claim and they were super helpful. That’s my experience.

Carlos was very polite, professional, and well informed. He didn’t try to get me to purchase anything unnecessary. The only thing that was added was the drain pan and that was only because I asked to add it for peace of mind. It was not necessary as told by Carlos and the owner John. They are very reasonable on their price and my neighbors asked Carlos for a business card since they liked my experience. I would recommend them to others. Thank you Carlos and John.

I was experiencing a clogged toilet which made the sink water and toilet water back up into the bathtub. Plunging the toilet didn’t work. I called Drain Genie Plumbing Services at 6:25pm yesterday and was able to make an appointment for today when I got home from work at 4:30pm. Kevin arrived on time and resolved my issue in a timely and professional manner. He was careful to make no mess of the house, although it was raining outside. Besides his confident knowledge and expertise, he was a very jovial and personable man; hard to come by these days! The price for service was very reasonable. I will continue to use Drain Genie Plumbing Services for any future plumbing needs. Once a guy finds an honest, quality service company, you stick with them!

We were having an issue with a toilet and a sink in my place of business. I found Drain Genie by googling local plumbers, and although several plumbers contacted me via email, Drain Genie was the only company to actually call me on the phone. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day, which was great. Even better, Kevin actually arrived earlier than we expected. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very pleasant.
